Our objective is that their experience with Accalia Care Services will enable children and young people to develop the skills and confidence necessary to help them fulfil their full potential as well as empowering them to express their cultural, ethnic, religious, sexual or social diversity.
All staff who are employed by Accalia Care will undergo a 2-week induction process where they will be surplus to staffing requirements allowing them to gain knowledge of the home and the young people. After this induction they will join the rota and begin a six-month probation period.
