What we do
At Accalia Care we provide homes for children and young people between the ages of 10 – 17. We provide opportunities for young people to enjoy a safe and secure environment where they can develop, progress and experience positive life experiences.
The care that we provide is individually tailored to each young person that is focused on the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person. All young people have care plans, behavioural plans and risk assessments that are updated to reflect the young person’s journey.
Accalia Care adopts a core ethos and underpinning values that ensures the highest quality of care is given to each young person, this includes structured activities, enrolment into education provisions alongside a safe and nurturing environment. The core values are based on the value of education, respect, nurture, good health along with social and leisure interests.
At Accalia Care we continue to invest in the company and in particular the Registered Managers, Deputy Managers and all support staff. We ensure the training programme is robust and ensures all aspects of the roles are addressed. All staff have regular supervisions and annual appraisals.
